This program is our Female version of SCULPT. It will consist of weighted + circuit style workouts and a body part workout split where you will isolate particular muscles per day. I.e Chest and triceps & Back & Biceps.
This program is designed for intermediate/advanced fitness levels & you will have the ability to increase or decrease intensity depending.
Upon purchase you will have your individual calorie and macro targets calculated for you. You will also receive our very own Nutrition 101 Ebook/How to guide plus informational videos to help guide you and teach you the Flexible Dieting approach. Ontop of that you will be able to communicate with our SCULPT community in the group function and can message your coaches anytime & they will answer your questions.
SCULPT will give you the tools you need to continue this lifestyle well past the 8 weeks. Our programs will educate you, include you, and show you a sustainable way of achieving your goals.
Female Sculpt Consists Of:
Circuit Training / HIIT
Upper/Lower Body Split
Daily Step targets
3 2x week phases/blocks
6 workouts per week
To complete this program you will need gym access OR a decent home gym set up with barbells and dumbbells. You will also need food scales for your nutrition tracking.
