To complete HOME SCULPT 2.0 you will need at a minimum:

A set of Dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for the upper body, and a heavier set for the lower body)

Booty Bands

Long Resistance Bands
-
A Bench or Yoga Mat for the floor
To complete FEMALE or MALE SCULPT 2.0 you will need gym access or a decent gym set up at home with:

Dumbbells

Cable Machine or Long Resistance Bands
