Keen to continue on? SCULPT 2.0 is your next level. We all know good things take time & although we can make magic in just 8 weeks, it is when we stay consistent, patient & committed long term that we will start to see huge results. 2.0 is your follow on program to our original SCULPT, (make sure you do this second.) It is another 8 week program following the same principles as our original SCULPT with home, female gym & male gym options.

Progress Check In

When you begin SCULPT 2.0 we will take another look at your progress, we will assess your measurements/photos/weight/program adherence & then make adjustments to your calories if necessary. Please note that sometimes no change is needed, If your goals do change however you will need to let us know. 

Sculpt 2.0 Consists Of:

  • Circuit Training / HIIT

  • Weighted Sessions

  • Low-Intensity Cardio

  • Daily Step targets

  • Habit tracking

  • 5 workouts per week

To complete HOME SCULPT 2.0 you will need at a minimum:

  • A set of Dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for the upper body, and a heavier set for the lower body)

  • Booty Bands

  • Long Resistance Bands

  • A Bench or Yoga Mat for the floor

To complete FEMALE or MALE SCULPT 2.0 you will need gym access or a decent gym set up at home with:

  • Dumbbells

  • Barbells 

  • Cable Machine or Long Resistance Bands
