Shred program

Absolutely love this! Tracking is easy and Leah is so helpful and talks to you like she’s known you for ages! I hated counting calories but this helps me make mindful eating decisions and applying the rule to treat calories like money has worked wonders for me :)

So far I’m really impressed with the “Shred” programme. Having done challenges before they’ve cost a lot of money and I was dupious about this being a great price and also being fully online. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO TRAIN AT HOME?

You will need our Cobalt Resistance Band Pack OR a long resistance band.

We also recommend 1-3 sets of DB's, 1 lighter pair for upper & a heavier pair for lower body alternatively our Adjustable DB is perfect for this. 

You will also need a pair of food scales to track your nutrition

CAN I DO ONLINE & COME INTO CLASSES?

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

As we follow a flexible dieting approach, you will be able to choose your own meals! We provide 'suggestions' to fit within your calorie targets. You can switch these out, whenever and are able to filter through our recipes based on your dietary requirements.

which training prrogram should i choose, beginner or intermediate/advanced?

If you are new to exercise, early postpartum or & consider yourself unfit we would suggest the beginner program. 

If you have experience with weight training, a gym membership or a decent home gym set up with barbells than try intermediate/advanced. 

If you do find the program isn't suitable we can switch you over.
