Clothing/Merch:

POSTAGE: Please allow 1-3 working days to organise order after purchase. Items are then sent by NZ post standard tracking. It then can take up to 3 days within NZ to arrive. 3-14 working days for AUS.

PRE ORDERS: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from our pre order cut off time (not purchase date) for your product to be made. You will then receive a pick up notification email OR a shipping confirmation email when you order is on it's way. 

EQUIPMENT: Our equipment is shipped from a seperate warehouse, please allow 3-5 days for it to arrive within NZ.

Returns or Exchanges:

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit if you can prove to us within 7 days of receiving your order that it is faulty. Please email online@thecobaltclub.com to organise.
