PILATES does not follow a structured training split. This program gives you access to our PILATES library of follow along workouts where you can choose which workout/muscle group you want to target on any given day. 

There are 3x full body, 3x upper body, 3x lower body, 2x core, 2x booty burners, 1x hiit, 1x hourglass & 2x stretch focused workouts to choose from. 

You do not need equipment but a pair of light dumbbells & a booty band can be used to for added burn!

Online Shred is perfect for those of us who are dying to try out a Cobalt session but live overseas! Leah is an awesome coach who is always readily available to answer any questions and give you that little boost you need to stay on track. Cobalt really breaks down the nutrition aspect in a way that’s easy to make sense of. The app is super user friendly and the workouts are guaranteed to make you feel good!

CAN I COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM OVERSEAS?

Absolutely. You can complete our ‘online’ option from anywhere in the world.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO TRAIN AT HOME?

You will need our Cobalt Resistance Band Pack OR a long resistance band.

We also recommend 1-3 sets of DB's, 1 lighter pair for upper & a heavier pair for lower body alternatively our Adjustable DB is perfect for this. 

You will also need a pair of food scales to track your nutrition

CAN I DO ONLINE & COME INTO CLASSES?

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

As we follow a flexible dieting approach, you will be able to choose your own meals! We provide 'suggestions' to fit within your calorie targets. You can switch these out, whenever and are able to filter through our recipes based on your dietary requirements.

which training prrogram should i choose, beginner or intermediate/advanced?

If you are new to exercise, early postpartum or & consider yourself unfit we would suggest the beginner program. 

If you have experience with weight training, a gym membership or a decent home gym set up with barbells than try intermediate/advanced. 

If you do find the program isn't suitable we can switch you over.
