Train like Willis with our newest program MUSCLE.
Created by our head coach himself, this program is the ultimate 'full body banger' & mimic's the exact training style he follows weekly & swears by.
With an isolated muscle group split, you will train each body part once per week with a HIIT day in between.
You will have your individual calories and macros calculated for you based on your current condition & your fitness goal.
You will receive a meal guide, hundreds of recipes to choose from & switch between OR simply sync your MyFitnessPal to our app.
If you are new to Flexible Dieting, you can have confidence in us to provide you with all the tools you need to learn & understand, With the ability to message your online coach at anytime via our app you will always feel supported.
MUSCLE is designed for the lads, with an intermediate/advanced fitness level & gym access.

You will need our Cobalt Resistance Band Pack OR a long resistance band.
We also recommend 1-3 sets of DB's, 1 lighter pair for upper & a heavier pair for lower body alternatively our Adjustable DB is perfect for this.
You will also need a pair of food scales to track your nutrition
We have moved into a different payment system, you can purchase the challenge upfront OR pay in fortnightly instalments via afterpay or zip pay.
If you have experience with weight training, a gym membership or a decent home gym set up with barbells than try intermediate/advanced.
If you do find the program isn't suitable we can switch you over.
