Grow, shape and WERK your booty like never before! This is an 8 week online training program designed to grow and shape your glutes. It is a gym based program with the option to complete at home. 


You will have your individual calories and macros calculated for you based on your current condition & your fitness goal. You have the ability to shape OR grow your glutes on BOOTY if your calories are correct - you wil specify your goal in your consultation form.

If training from home we recommend a booty band, resistance band pack and our adjustable dumbbell's as a minimum for equipment.

Absolutely. You can complete our ‘online’ option from anywhere in the world.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO TRAIN AT HOME?

You will need our Cobalt Resistance Band Pack OR a long resistance band.

Also we recommend 1-3 pairs of DB’s at minimum. 1 lighter pair for upper & a heavier pair for lower body.

You will also need a pair of food scales to track your nutrition

CAN I DO ONLINE & COME INTO CLASSES?

HOW DOES THE JUDGING WORK?

We are changing how we run/judge challenges going forward. At the end of the challenge there will a submission form which you can submit your challenge entry. Your before/after photos, measurements and a written/verbal testimonial.

which training prrogram should i choose, beginner or intermediate/advanced?

If you are new to exercise, early postpartum or & consider yourself unfit we would suggest the beginner program. If you have experience with weight training, a gym membership or a decent home gym set up with barbells than try intermediate/advanced. 

If you do find the program isn't suitable we can switch you over.
