KICKSTART is a 3 week program created as a warm up/head start to lead straight in to our next & final 6 Week Challenge of the year. It includes training & nutrition coaching tailored to each individual.

This program is especially designed for those who are beginners or who have never completed a Cobalt program before.

SO if you are someone that is new to flexible dieting, weight-training or would simply like more time - this gives you a little extra help/head start.

KICKSTART is available to both our online AND our In-house gym members.

Your program includes 5x workouts per week, personal calorie/macro calculations & nutrition coaching and the use of all other features on our Cobalt+ app. Including our chat function - to message your coaches.
