FEMALE SCULPT PROGRAM

This program is our female version of sculpt. It will consist of weighted + circuit style workouts, an upper/lower split with an extra special emphasis on building the glutes. This program is designed for intermediate/advanced fitness levels & you will have the ability to increase or decrease intensity depending.

Female sculpt comes with customised nutrition, tailored to help you achieve your individual health + fitness goals. Whether that be to tighten & tone or gain some serious muscle this program will all help you to achieve this. Along with your calorie and macro targets, you will receive our very own nutrition 101 ebook/how-to guide, a corresponding nutrition video, cobalt+ app access to sync your nutrition diaries & a 24/7 chat option to message your coaches.

FEMALE SCULPT CONSISTS OF:

  • Circuit Training / HIIT

  • Weighted Sessions progressing each week

  • Low-Intensity Cardio

  • Daily Step targets

  • Habit tracking

  • 5 workouts per week

 

To complete this program you will need gym access OR a decent home gym set up with barbells and dumbbells. You will also need food scales for your nutrition tracking.
